This Strategy is a strategic planning document that sets out the main goals and objectives for advancing international cooperation in the field of civil defence, the protection of populations, property, and the environment from emergencies in peacetime, as well as risks arising during or as a result of armed conflicts.
The ICDO invites all Member States and partners to familiarize themselves with the document and participate actively in its implementation.
