Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Hubei Province jointly held the "Communication Mission - 2025" national emergency communication special exercise for responding to low-temperature, rain, snow and freezing disasters in Wuhan. The exercise site resembled a sci-fi battlefield, with multiple technological equipment collaborating to showcase China's latest emergency communication technologies. 

Emergency rescue actions often faces multiple challenges such as complex environments, communication difficulties, and high risk factors. Traditional helmets have single functions, which can no longer meet the needs of modern emergency command. The safety of rescuers cannot be fully guaranteed, and on-site information cannot be transmitted back to the command center in real time. 

On the basis of adhering to the advantages of traditional protection, moving towards intelligence and informatization has become an inevitable requirement. In view of this important task, Shang'an Intelligent Manufacturing and Guangdong Gongwutong Technology Co., Ltd. have jointly developed an "intelligent helmet". 

The intelligent emergency communication rescue helmet integrates 5G network, independent Beidou system and Tiantong satellite communication technology, enabling rescuers to transmit high-definition images in real time from a first-person perspective. 

The real-time image transmission function frees the rear command center from the predicament of "blind command". Commanders can clearly understand the on-site situation and make more accurate decisions. 

The intelligent helmet takes the "golden hoop" in "Journey to the West" as the design concept, drawing on its meaning of "restraint, standardization and empowerment", implying that technology injects wisdom and strength into safety management. At the same time, it integrates 16 major functions. 

 Core Functions: 

Audio and Video Call: Built-in high-sensitivity microphone and circular stereo speakers to realize two-way voice communication and group call functions. 

SOS Rescue: Equipped with a built-in SOS rescue system. In case of operational danger, the SOS function helps you call for emergency rescue with one click. 

Silent Alarm: If the wearer remains motionless for a long time, the helmet will automatically send an alarm to the background and issue a voice reminder. 

Voice Intercom: Built-in voice module and high-definition anti-shake camera to realize multi-party intercom and real-time transmission of on-site images. 

Height Alarm: Built-in height sensor to sense the height from the ground in real time and issue corresponding early warning functions. 

Electronic Fence: The management terminal can create multiple electronic fences to prohibit wearers of safety helmets from going out or entering, facilitating management and improving safety. 

Personnel Positioning: Supports real-time GPS + Beidou positioning, allowing managers to deploy and handle incidents in a timely manner. 

Trajectory Playback: The management terminal can view the movement trajectory of each operator within a certain period of time, record the operation path of personnel, and trace the historical process of the operation. 

The helmet can provide customized functions according to the personalized needs of enterprises, helping to solve safety problems in the production site operation process, making front-end on-site operations more intelligent and safe, and making back-end project management simpler and more efficient.
