Nicaragua's Ambassador to China 

We are exchanging information. We heard Vice Premier speak this evening, and he mentioned something very important, that China's approach to disaster risk reduction and emergency management is science-based. So exchanging information and developing capacities, always evaluating and improving the response is something that is fundamental. Sharing that experience with other countries, the 30 other countries of the Belt and Road Initiative, is something very important. I think that has to be the first step.
